| The Yolanda D. Thomas Scholarship Endowment is organized exclusively for charitable and educational, purposes, including for such purposes, the awarding of scholarships to provide annual tuition, books and fees to merit and need- based Okaloosa or Walton County students, or the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501C (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. |
