The application process is complete when the following items are on file in Northwest Florida State College's Office of Financial Aid:

1. Completed Scholarship Application Form.

2. Verification of applicant's application for admission and cumulative grade point average.  (Completed  NWFSC Admission Forms and receipt of an official high school transcript must be on file in NWFSC's Registrar's Office.)

3. Three complete Recommendation Forms that are to be mailed directly from the individual completing the form to the College. 

4. A one-page, 300-word essay on the applicant’s future goals is required.
